LET CHRIST FLOW FROM YOU TO OTHERS

Image
TOPIC:  LET CHRIST FLOW FROM YOU TO OTHERS  MARK 5:1-20 You need to be disciplined to train your soul to be godly. When Christ comes to live in you His life is flows inside you and He expects you to allow this life to flow out of you.  Without an in-flow there be no out -  flow,  and the in - flow will come to a halt if there is no out flow.  The out flow happens when you share Christ by deeds and words. Christians must be eager to give put then to take in Sharing Christ should be a desire not something we do only when we feel like. Don't wait till you are too old and weak to share Christ. Do it now ,  remember the Lord your creator in the days of your youth not when you are old and weak.  Though you may fail don't remind there wake up and keep moving ahead. Bible says though a man may fails seven times he will surely rise again.  MEMORY VERSE: Jesus did not let him, but said,  Go home to to your family and t...

TODAY IS EASTER SUNDAY, HOPE IS RESTORED Scripture: MATT. 28:1-10  This day is a great occasion. It is the celebration of all celebrations, he feast of all feasts,  the centerpiece of the Church year.  There is much to feel good and joyful about this day.  Our sorrowful observance has come to an end and we can finally proclaim, “Alleluia, Christ is risen.  The Lord is risen indeed, Alleluia!”  In the light of this proclamation, I bid to all of you, greetings, and in particular to those who are visiting us today.  We, as a church, are blessed by the presence of guests and seekers, and we are delighted that you are with us this morning.  Welcome!  As I pondered today for this day, a thought kept coming to my mind. It is found in the;  “....let the whole world see and know that things which were cast down are being raised up, and things which had grown old are being made new, and that all things are being brought...

WHY THE RESURRECTION MATTERS, ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC

WHY THE RESURRECTION MATTERS , ESPECIALLY DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC  Script: MATT. 28:1-10 The meaning of Easter, the anchor of our faith, is Jesus’ resurrection.  As believers it’s always a special time of the year when we move into the Easter season. It laser-focuses our attention on the most essential moment in the history of mankind – the death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Resurrection Sunday, truly is a day of great celebration.  Like never before in our lifetime, this year’s Easter has not been marked by the traditional conventions, church services and family gatherings, but by newness.  We will chat “He is risen!” and “He is risen indeed!” back and forth and will celebrate together, not as the church gathered but as the church scattered on digital platforms around the world.  We opened God’s Word while sitting on our couches in our sitting rooms or even lying on our beds.  Although it grieves me...

IT IS FRIDAY BUT SUNDAY IS COMING

Image
IT IS FRIDAY BUT SUNDAY IS COMING Scrip: JOHN 19  It’s Friday. Jesus is arrested in the garden where He was praying. But Sunday’s coming.  It’s Friday. The disciples are hiding and Peter’s denying that he knows the Lord. But Sunday’s coming.  It’s Friday. Jesus is standing before the high priest of Israel, silent as a lamb before the slaughter. But Sunday’s coming.  It’s Friday. Jesus is beaten, mocked, and spit upon. But Sunday’s coming.  It’s Friday. Those Roman soldiers are flogging our Lord with a leather scourge that has bits of bones and glass and metal, tearing at his flesh. But Sunday’s coming.  It’s Friday. The Son of man stands firm as they press the crown of thorns down into his brow. But Sunday’s coming.  It’s Friday. See Him walking to Calvary, the blood dripping from His body.  See the cross crashing down on His back as He stumbles beneath the load.  But it’s Friday; but Sunday’s a coming.  It’s F...
