THE COLT

Easter, as believers it is the death and the resurrection of Our Lord JESUS CHRIST, is a season to commemorate the Victory of our Lord Jesus Christ for us. One of the subjects that intrigues me about Easter is the Colt Jesus rode on. 

There's no way we can, will and must talk about Easter without the mentioning of the Colt! We mostly talk of Jesus but rarely place emphasis on the Colt....

Until you're loosed of your entanglements, there can't be Victory! And without Victory, there won't be songs of 

Triumph! We triumph because we're victorious! (Don't be confused: Victory is winning the war but Triumph is the celebration of the victory.) That's why Jesus, on the loosened Colt, had men, women and children singing and shouting triumphantly "Hosanna" because the Colt is victorious thanks to Jesus.
