The Legend of Kanzo
Kanzo is the traditional name for the part of rice that gets
burned, browned or blacked when rice is cooked
Whilst the whites have tried to eliminate kanzo by creating
stainless steel and non-stick cookers, typical Africans like my friend AMA will
deliberately blacken the rice, jollof or angwa-mo just to savor that black part
Actually kanzo is waste that we try to redeem to enjoy, it
comes by mistaken or deliberate mistaken cooking of rice
Kanzo is inappropriate, it is wrong to spoil food. Well, how
wrong is it if we can redeem it to enjoy?! If as you read; your life looks like
kanzo; burned, browned or blackened whether by deliberate choices or mistakes,
or by tragedies, I want to tell you something very Important
Wait, take your time and listen
Bra, Sister get serious with your life, stop this “I’m
tired, I’m busy, I can’t do it, I don’t have time, It is not me, I don’t know
things” Get serious you hear?!! I said what?! Yoo!!
